How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gmert (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I bought a holder and a tamper for DeLonghi ec230. Everything is great. The portafilter is beautiful, the basket for two servings holds 18-19G, but I use 16,5-17, since I doubt that on the household pads it is large... The only negative of the holder-the handle can sometimes be slightly untwisted from the part with the basket.

전 바이올로지 사용자입니다. 바이올로지는 이용 후기도 거의 없어서 참고하시라고 길게 씁니다. 커피 기기는 바이올로지가 처음이라 다른 기기에 대해서 잘 모릅니다. 맥널티 사용자 후기를 보면 날개가 두꺼워서 못쓰겠다는 글이 많던데, 바이올로지도 날개가 두꺼워서 약 30%정도 돌아가다 마네요. 안맞습니다. 그렇다고 그냥 버리기도 뭐 해서.. 일단 그 상태로 저녁때 추출 시도는 한번 해보긴 해보려고 합니다. 헐렁한 것보다 낫겠지요. 아니면 갈아서 사용할수도^^ 비교 사진의 후기가 없어서 사진 올려 봅니다. 날개 두께 차이를 느낄 수 있을 것입니다. 보통 맥널티와 비슷한 가격대의 기기에서 제공되는 포타필터는 거의 동일하게 3날 듀얼월 제품으로 거의 비슷한 모양인 것 같으며 이런 분들은 이 포터필터 주문은 고려해야 할 것 같습니다. 저야 그냥 아님 말고 식으로 그냥 주문한 것이기도 한데.. 주문 이후에도 계속 바이올로지에 맞는 포터필터를 검색하다가, 그저께서야 바이올로지에 맞는 포터필터라는 후기를 보게 되어 그 제품을 바로 추가 주문했습니다. 사진상으로도 순정 포타와 모양도 많이 비슷하고, 가격도 저렴하던데, 그래도 일단 진짜 맞는지는 받아 보고 알려드리기로.. 그리고 또 한가지. 이 포터필터에 기본 제공되는 바스켓도 바이올로지 순정 포터필터에 호환이 안됩니다. - 사진 참조. 결론적으로 이 포터필터는 바이올로지와는 안맞는 것 같네요.
