How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gmert (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped by EMS or USPS. Typically, delivery takes 5-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive your tracking information within 3-5 working days. But sometimes tracking might not be available if free shipping applies. In this case, please contact us at support@gmert.com

My head is small so i had to order a small cap, custom made. It came in about a week or so after ordering. The store communicated well with me. The hair is so full. I love it. I definitely plan on buying another of to color it red. The waves don’t go away after washing. I can’t wait to really wear it, actually melt the lace and straighten it.

I definitely will be buying another wig and from this very store. Not only do they respond quickly but they are very friendly and wow there hair did not have a bad smell, I’ve played in the hair my kids have played in the hair and the tangles are limitless. in love i am! I got a 30inch wig 13X6 the wave in this wig talks it’s talk for it’s self. I waited maybe a day longer which is normal on my end and it’s worth waiting for! BUY THIS WIG!! I’m in love with mine!! True to length and extremely beautiful!!! And I’m picky and never do reviews.
First glance the hair is amazing and full slight smell but not to heavy. Seller was able to ship the hair earlier in advance delivery was scheduled for the 14th received the hair today on the 7th. Seller was a great communicator great customer service . I will come back with a update review once installed!
Came 3 days early , revived in 5 days the lashes in the bag was cute , also had good packaging , it’s a little short for 12 inches but the lace looks good & I love the premise edges also came with a cap . If your getting a bob I suggest the 12” . The store had fantastic communication
Very accurate looks just like the picture hair is very soft will update in October once I install it. Came within a weeks time was a little held up in origin country. Got the 13x6 24” 250% density transparent body wave from china. Will order again soon. Seller kept in contact the entire time and would even track my package without even asking

Wig Came When Expected , I Finger combed the hair and had little to no shedding the hair is soft , true to length and great density, came with lashes and wig caps included . The store was most definitely keeping me updated on everything that went on with my package , I will most definitely be buying again !
This wig is beautiful and long OMG it is true to length when measured from top to bottom. I bought the 28 inch 250% density and even my brother said damn that’s big and thick. Will install soon and send more pictures. Brittany Rivers was right this wig is bomb also communication was on point Just buy it money well spent!
